I am a licensed esthetician specializing in eyelash extensions. I am located in the Southwest in a private studio at Phenix Salon Suites on 8130 W. Warm Springs Rd. Ste. 160, Room #101.

Business Hours:

• Sunday, Monday, Wednesday - Friday: Closed
  
• Tuesday: 11am-5pm (New Clients accepted only on Tuesdays)
• Saturday: 8am-8pm (Saturdays are for current clients for existing fills only)
• Closed: March 22nd, April 2nd, April 5th, April 30th, May 3rd, June 11th-18th, and July 9th
  • Might be off April 16th and April 19th
• Please book on the first available time slot.
• Please do not book on a 30 minute time slot, unless no appointments are left.

The Angelic Aesthetic studio is also used by two other amazing estheticians:

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

DEPOSITS:

• All appointments booked are required to pay a non-refundable deposit/booking fee.
  • Full Sets require a deposit of $25
  • Fills require a deposit of $15
  • Mini Fills require a deposit of $10.
• The deposit goes towards the service. Remaining amount will be due at the end of service.
  • For example, if a service is $80 and the deposit is $15, the remaining amount due at the end of service is $65.
• Remaining payments must be paid in CASH.
  • If you are unable to bring cash, I will accept Zelle, but please come prepared.

• NO REFUNDS. An allergic reaction will receive a complimentary removal, but service will not be refunded.

FILLS:

• Fills are 21 days or less and must have 40% of lashes remaining.
  • Anything less will be considered a full set.
• Mini fills are for 7 days or less and must have 70% of lashes remaining.
  • Out-grown extensions are not removed during this fill.
  • Anything less will be considered a fill.
• Foreign fills are charged an extra fee.

LATE/CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING:

• Cancellations and rescheduling are not allowed less than 24 hours (1 day before) prior to appointment time.
  • Failure to cancel/reschedule before the 24 hour period, results in deposit forfeited. A new deposit must be made to schedule a new time.
• A credit card is held to book your appointment in case of no shows.
  • If you NO SHOW/NO CALL/NO TEXT, you will be charged 100% of the service costs and unable to book in the future.
• If you arrive to your appointment 5 minutes late, there will be a $15 late fee applied to the service costs.
  • If you are 10 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. You will need to make a new deposit to schedule a new time.
• You are allowed to reschedule the appointment one time with the same deposit.
  • The deposit must be used within 2 weeks or it will become void.

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS:

• You must arrive with clean lashes and no makeup on.
• Lash baths are included in all services, but you still must arrive with clean lashes and no makeup.
  • If you arrive with dirty lashes, you will be charged a $10 inconvenience fee
• Remaining payment amounts are due in CASH.
  • I do not carry change.
• Arrive with no contacts on. There is a bathroom on site where you can remove your contacts if needed, but you will have to arrive earlier than your scheduled time or you will be considered late.
• All client requirements/policy are listed in the reminder email notification. Please refer to this email before your arrive. If you have any questions, please text me or direct message me on Instagram.

COVID-19:

If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, or came in contact with someone who has/had Covid-19 within 14 days, please reschedule, cancel, or wait to book your appointment. Please STAY HOME!

You are required to wear a mask during the entire duration of service, regardless if you are vaccinated.
